  • Created the Operations Excellence Office within the Commercial organization reporting to the enterprise Chief Commercial Officer
  • Established consistent Project Management, Project Governance and Project Portfolio Management processes allowing for accurate reporting of project metrics.
  • Shaped the Business Process Improvement Methodology utilizing  Lean Six Sigma Philosophy and Principles.
  • As the owner of the Corporate Strategic Planning I am working to insure each Initiative and Project are scoped and progress towards the corporate goals.
  • Developed and lead Pacer’s Operations Excellence department including implementation and training of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Managed complex, cross-functional process improvement programs and initiatives, using Lean-Six Sigma methodology and tools. DMAIC, and where appropriate, Kaizen events.
