- Created the Operations Excellence Office within the Commercial organization reporting to the enterprise Chief Commercial Officer
- Established consistent Project Management, Project Governance and Project Portfolio Management processes allowing for accurate reporting of project metrics.
- Shaped the Business Process Improvement Methodology utilizing Lean Six Sigma Philosophy and Principles.

- Developed and lead Pacer’s Operations Excellence department including implementation and training of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
- Managed complex, cross-functional process improvement programs and initiatives, using Lean-Six Sigma methodology and tools. DMAIC, and where appropriate, Kaizen events.
