• Created Corporate Strategic Initiatives tracking and project reporting methodology.
• Created Project Management Methodology within Pacer for both IT and Business projects, including new product development efforts.
• Trained teams of Pacer “Project Managers” on new methodology and industry best practice for Project Management
• Established and facilitated the adoption of enterprise Demand Management, Resource Management and Release Management processes to insure high quality project delivery.
• Created the Corporate Strategic Initiatives dashboard  and metrics to monitor program and project performance.
• Implemented Agile Methodology and oversaw the adoption on multiple strategic projects.
